We were referred to them by our hotel. The agent came to the hotel to talk to us about the tours. We settled on a tour to Islas del Rosario - Relaxing option. We were told it was COP$250K we talked him down to COP$200K since we were 3. He advised us that we needed to pay COP$10K at boarding each. They picked us up the day of and walked us to the pier entrance. Some guy there have us our tickets but asked for COP$20K each, I said no we were told 10. The guy who sold the packages was with us so he said he told us it was 20. I argued and in the end he left it as 10 each. We got very poor directions to our boat the Isabella. There were only a few seats left. I wanted to sit in the front and there were seats but the main staff argued on why I needed to sit in the back. The staff only did a briefing in Spanish. I'm bilingual so not an issue for me, but I translated for some English speaking tourists around me. He mentioned he would say it in English then nothing. When we arrived our place in the beach was reserved for us. It was a lounge bed which was covered. We had a good time. The tour included an arrival drink (which they didn't mention was non alcoholic), lunch, free kayaking, and ride there and back. They apparently did not have their kayak available that day since it was undergoing maintenance". Apparently they only have one kayak for about 30 people. The staff was kind of aloof

+ clear communication *before* the trip started, beach was OK, we asked for a quieter island and it seemed quiet compared to the other boats- when we were on our way in the morning, the guide gave us 2 options for pickup. He said he could either meet us at the dock or give us taxi fare. We agreed he’d meet us at the dock. He never showed and after 20 mins of trying to reach him, his reason was that it rained (?). We figured it out for ourselves in the end but it was a disappointing and frustrating ending to the day. No apologies from the guide, just insistence that he didn’t do anything wrong.

Denuncio a esta entidad y a su representante legal públicamente porque ninguna de estas personas responde. Por favor paguen directame en los muelles, si es de su interes conocer una playa.
