Had the displeasure of hiring Lalambra and its owners. To summarize they’re incompetent, rude, calculating and sly.I found them quite negative from the beginning but thought id give them the benefit of the doubt as they have a few nice designs.I had designed a product which I had paid them to produce 200 vessels for. They agreed to do so within 2 months. Now almost 5 months have passed and they have told me they had half the order ready (100 vessels) and that they were ready to pick up.I let them know id be traveling from the other side of Colombia to pick them up. When I arrive to pick them up, they said they’d send it via post because it was heavy. I count the vessels and there is only 85, they were telling me there were 98 in the boxes. Apparently they hadn't produced 2 because of some samples they sent me.They lied. They didn’t even want to allow me to look at them because they knew id realize . They don’t know how to do wholesale, don’t bother asking them. The quality of the products handed in wasn't to the best standard.The icing on the cake is that they are now using one of my designs to sell MY IDEA/ product in their store. After having paid them months ago and waited such a long time I am left with no products and they have robbed me of my intelectual property. They weren't able to complete my order and are now selling my idea/design in their store.I can only thank them that they returned my money after letting them know I’d be taking this further with the chamber of commerce.A complete disgrace and embarrassment. Such a shame when there are transparent, honest, hardworking individuals out there who would have worked properly for their money.This store gives antioqueños a bad name. If you wish to purchase ceramics in Carmen de Viboral perhaps try a different store. As for me, I don’t think I will be returning and will invest my money elsewhere.Extremely unprofessional people to work with. The lack of communication, rude attitude, inefficiency and lack of transparency has been atrocious.
