LA MACARENA RIONEGRO | Golf -Tennis - Food & Drinks - Playground - Events

My husband & I visited this Golf Course on Monday, November 15, 2021. I must say that this course has a beautiful landscape & is well kept! Michael, the Caddy was very knowledgeable of the course, is very personable & friendly, & speaks some English (if necessary for the patron). We had a great time. The food in the Cafe was delicious & the servers were very kind. As we are traveling, my husband was able to rent a golf bag with clubs & purchase balls. We had to pay cash for the bag, balls, & caddy & used a card for the round of golf. I would advise anyone that's visiting to bring extra cash so that there isn't any confusion or inconveniences. This Golf course was 45 minutes from Medellin. We were able to get private driver to take us. Overall, I recommend this Golf Course.

Tiene uno de los mejores campos de golf del pais. Adicionalmwnte el lugar es muy bonito y muy bien conservado. La comida en el restaurante es muy buena con buena variedad de platos.

Campo retante y bien cuidado. Los par 3 son espectaculares. La atención de todos sus empleados y Caddies fue muy profesional. No le doy las 5 estrellas por que no tienen Pro-Shop" ni carritos de golf."

What a great golf experience....we were happy to be allowed to play at this course...if given the opportunity to play I highly recommend

Ever changing rules (caddy per person, sticklers for basic attire)Often in the afternoon after paying full price you share the course with people sneaking on and playing, crowding the area. No driving range and pompous jackwagons regulating the few people that frequent.Wish it wasnt the only option but it is one of two.Course is fun and challenging, management needs improvement.

Great design and layout. Plays 6500 yards from the white tees. Par 72, 142 slope. Tree lined fairways, natural setting in this mountain course. No carts, only caddies. Great walk in the park for exercise.

Great layout! Some challenging holes. Played 2 rounds 1st caddy really read the greens Second one not to well. Rented clubs got Callaway which is what I play Highly recommend!

Es un belleza!! Se siente el aire puro. Limpio. Amables en el servicio. Hay canchas de tenis, golf, bar, restaurante, piscina...fenomenal!!!

Agradecida por el servicio, la profesionalidad de todos. El lugar y la cancha de golf son realmente buenos y la cafetería y restaurante ofrecen buena comida (olvidando la piZza).
