SPRING HOSTEL MEDELLIN

The nicest hostel in Medellin, lovely staff who let us chill there till late in the evening the next day when we had a flight. Our room was a 3 bed private costing £20 between us with a huge flat screen tv, the place was close to shops and restaurants in every direction. Well equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi huge co working area and lovely chill area out back. Would have liked to be able to smoke something more than cigarettes but that’s completely understandable. legendary staff thank you!

One of the best hostels I stayed at in Colombia. You make easily friends with the people in the hostel, because it’s small and has a familiar atmosphere. It’s clean and it has a lovely setup. The people who run the hostel are super nice and helpful. There is a bus station just around the corner which is also connected to the Metro system and cable car. You can borrow a card for the public transportation in the hostel, it’s cheaper than Uber. The next supermarket is just 10-15 minutes by foot away. Area is definitely save in day time. I would definitely come back.

Really nice hostel for those who want to chill in a quiet neighbourhood ! Good location for the bus and metro, few restaurants in the streets, bakery, shops and parque de belen really close. The staff is really friendly, and you feel like home ! Highly recommended

I enjoyed my stay at Spring Hostel. Extremely affordable. Staff was always friendly and staffed the desk 24 hours a day. The facilities were so clean which I really appreciated; my linens were spotless and I saw the cleaning person laundering the seat cushions from the common areas. Guests are provided sheets and a blanket upon request, a bath towel but no washcloth, you can also borrow a lock for your locker for free. The provided breakfast was sufficient and there are numerous eateries in walking distance. I highly recommend El Vegano Andante whether you’re vegan or not. The main bus station is one block away. Great accommodations for a traveler on a budget.
