Though we had a great time in Colombia, and loved the people we met and places we went, we had a terrible time working with this one travel agency, unfortunately. They told us they had reserved flights for us which it turned out they hadn't, and were deceptive in other ways. We since have heard others complain about them as well. Wish we had known up front! I would not recommend working with them and there are lots of great alternativesAunque nos lo pasamos de maravilla en Colombia, y nos encantó la gente que conocimos y lugares que fuimos, tuvimos un tiempo terrible trabajando con esta agencia de viajes, por desgracia. Nos dijeron que tenían vuelos reservados para nosotros, que resultó que no, y eran engañoso en otras maneras. Desde entonces hemos oído otros quejarse de ellos también. Ojalá hubiéramos conocido frente! Yo no recomendaría trabajar con ellos y hay un montón de grandes alternativas.
