Nice masjid not too far from Crespo. You can drive there, but it might be easier taking public transportation. Take a moto taxi to la Boca de la Boquilla, from there the trip is probably 10 minutes. Then take the boat across to the other side of the bay (or swim, it's only knee deep :) ). Then take another moto to the masjid, the whole neighborhood knows where it's at. Salat al-Jumu'ah starts at 1 p.m. Peace from Puerto Rico :)

Una cultura diferente en nuestra ciudad

I had the fortunate pleasure of visiting this mosque a couple of years back. It is hard to find via GPS. I recommend you take a hotel cab and fix the rate, so you're not paying by the meter. I was fortunate that I did this and had a patient driver, who had to drive through this underserved community, along the beach and through the dirt roads. After a lot of back and forth we got there. It was a small congregation and the Imam was very helpful. Its hard to get a cab or Uber back also, so just have the driver wait for you. The humility and poverty of the people is humbling but it's inspiring seeing the Azan and prayers being called in the most remote parts of the world.
