Excelente ubicación, una vista preciosa a la playa Hollywood, muy buen recibimiento en recepción, cuenta con gimnasio y piscina.

I would give this building and it’s concierge 0 ratings if I could. First of all they do not have any contact details of the host, though the building is dedicated to rentals. The concierge staff is extremely inhospitable and rather rude. It’s hot in this city, yet they won’t let us wait in the lobby or the waiting room. If you sit comfortably quickly the concierge and the security guard ask us to correct our posture as if this is some military camp. And by the looks of it, I would even say there is suspicious activity going on in the building. The job of the concierge and security staff is to help the people, not insult them and shoo them off, making them feel uncomfortable and extremely unwelcome not only in this shady, dingy, unhygienic building but also unwelcome in this city. I appeal to the govt of Colombia to look into this. Extremely sad, rude and inhospitable experience.

EL PEOR SERVICIO! Llegamos al edificio a la 5 am ya que acordamos un early check in con el “alfritrion” desafortunadamente al alfrition se le olvidó lo acordado y nos hicieron esperar. Durante un alarga espera nos movieron del Lobby donde estábamos relativamente cómodos y con aire acondicionado para una sala diferente donde hacía un calor impresionante nos tocó esperar muchas horas en terrible incomodidad ! SI QUIERES AHORRARTE INCONVENIENTES TE RECOMIENDO NO LLEGAR A ESTE LUGAR!

Si quieren pésimo servicio vengan a torres de lago. Tendrán una experiencia desagradable. Poco servicio al cliente con trabajadores que no saben lo que es el profesionalismo.Es que una estrella me parece mucho.(Unidad 503)
