Siempre siempre salen con retraso y en las pantallas por lo general no indican que tienen retraso. Presentan fallas y en lugar de cancelar el vuelo deciden retornar al gate y arreglar" el fallo

I have to give 1 because i can not even give 0... i have a connection flight in bogota to boston this afternoon. So i bought a flight this morning , when i came to the neiva airport they oversold the plane... the Avianca representatives very unpolite and unprofessional, we lost our flght from neiva to bogota and the representatives have the audacity of cancelling our flight from bogota to boston, just because the feel like it .... worst airline to flight don t even try to talk to them or they will ruin your connection flights wich is unfair now we have to buy new tikets from neiva to bogota and from bogota to boston.... if you have family members thinking on buying with avianca tell them not to do it they are gonna lose the money and the time and the representatives are also gonna ruin everything .... colombia is a good country but not all the colombians are good like those in avianca neiva airport.
