Very tasty food! We tried the chicken and beef biryani. I would recommend it 100%. Must try if you like Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi food.

Went to Mirch masala for the first time in medellin a few days ago & was not disappointed! Had to go 2 more times after that! Best spot for Srilankan/Indian food that I've been to there. The biriyani and kothu were really good & spices were amazing. The owner was very friendly and outgoing and had amazing service. Would definitely recommend to anyone going.

This place is amazing, absolutely loved the food.I’ve had Indian food almost everywhere and this is one of the most authentic tasting places that I’ve been to. The service was amazing and the owners are super nice and honest. 10/10 experience , if you’re visiting Medellin I highly recommend you check this place out.

TL;DR The real deal! Delicious Indian cuisineI originally reviewed this place six years ago. And while ownership has changed, the quality of the food (and of the people) is still excellent!I recommend the butter chicken with basmati rice and garlic naan.The location is not fancy, so don’t come expecting that. It’s clean and accessible and the food will knock your socks off!My original review from 2017:I am crazy about Indian food... But only if it is truly authentic. I have eaten here several times. This place is authentic, and the food is delicious.I eat here because the food is excellent and the family that owns and operates the restaurant are pleasant, kind and authentic (there's that word again). However, I wouldn't want anyone to be disappointed, so I don't recommend Masala for special events like anniversaries or formal occasions where you want a rich, opulent atmosphere. There is nothing fancy about the restaurant in that sense.And if you don't like spicy food, please tell them when you order. Otherwise you might not have a good experience. I love spicy food, and medium is the hottest I can stand here. And that's as it should be. After all, it's an Indian restaurant, the food should be spicy!Try the chicken tikka masala with one of their Lassis and a gulab jamun for dessert.

Excelente! Que cantidad de sabores, aromas tan espectacular. Desde el pollo Tikka masala hasta el Korma y el biryani, todo es delicioso! Estuve un fin de semana en Medellín con mi esposa y comimos dos veces de lo sabroso que estuvo todo.

We came to Medellin few days back. Ended up visiting Mirch Masala first day. Food is reasonable and authentic…Javed and staff are extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed to Medellin! Not only that, but we got great tips and hooked up with tour guide to plan our trip as well! 5 Stars for food and friendly service!!!! We will be going back many time before we end our 10 day trip!

El día que fuimos no tenían la variedad de todo el menú, pocas proteínas estaban disponibles para comer con los condimentos, el lugar es un tanto ruidoso y diría que no están muy atentos al cliente
