Treat customers badly. Really hectic time in this bank

The bank staffs need to be a lite more polite as this bank has major account holders as Agricultural university's senior citizens.

Passbook printing machine is fault often and need to wait in queue inside bank for long time. Man power seems to be less and they use teller/one counter for all transactions - cash withdrawal, cash deposit, passbook printing, cheque drop, etc. I would suggest a separate counter for all non-cash transactions and a backup for passbook printing machine failure. Also treat all customers equally, if prime/portfolio customers have a separate counters or executive. I hope this is one of the branch with large number of accounts and huge turnover, so try to solve the feedback. Also kindly publish the lunch hours for the employee/branch, so the employee may not be stressed/frustrated.

Very busy branch located near agri university .Here there is atm and cdm .Morning time crowded, for enquiry contact after 2.00.pm.Seperate counter for different queries.Liked this this branch when compared to other branches.
